The Malaysian Premium Visa Program (PVIP) is a 20-year “Residency Through Investment” concept that allows foreigners to invest and reside in Malaysia for 20-years, with an option to extend for another 20-years. The Malaysian Premium Visa Programme (PVIP) offers several benefits to participants.
Long-term Residency
The PVIP provides participants with the opportunity to reside in Malaysia for an extended period. Approved applicants are granted a long-term visa with a validity of up to 20 years, allowing applicants to reside, work, or study in Malaysia.
Exemption of Minium Stay Requirements

Requirement for PVIP in Malaysia
- Must pledge a local fixed deposit account in Malaysian local bank with a minimum deposit of RM 1,000,000
- Provide proof of offshore income of a minimum RM 40,000 per month or RM 480,000 per annum.
